Sandra Oreper serves as the Academic Research Coach for the UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine. Her research interests include infectious diseases, outcomes research and electronic health record cohort design.  A Los Angeles native, Sandra completed her MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology at UCLA’s Fielding School of Public Health and received her BA in Psychology and Cognitive Science from UCLA. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, collecting vintage vinyls, and traveling.
