Natalie Sohn, MD

Natalie was born in Michigan and is a graduate of Stanford University. She obtained her medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She completed an Internal Medicine Primary Care residency at University of California, San Francisco, while also pursuing a specialized track in Health Equities and Social Medicine. Currently, she is a geriatrics fellow at Mount Sinai in New York. Her interests lie at the intersection of health equity and aging, specifically around weathering and allostatic load, social determinants of elder health, and mechanisms of structural inequity within payment systems and long-term care supports.
