Andy is a qualitative researcher who conducts health service research within palliative care. His research interests cover implementation science, electronic health records, outcome measurement, advance care planning, and the impact of inequities on people’s access to and experiences of palliative and end-of-life care. Across these topics, he has experience in the design and conduct of various qualitative methodologies (ethnography, case study, exploratory, and surveys) and methods of data collection (including in-depth interviews, focus groups, collaborative workshops, and participant observation), analysis, and representation.
