Cinnamon Etta (she/her) is from San Jose, California and raised in Marin County, California. She is California State University, East Bay Alumni; she earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration. Cinnamon has over 20 years of professional experience working in Mental Health and Social Services; specializing in working with elders and disabled individuals (cognitively and physically). She currently works as an Assisted Living Waiver Transitional Care Manager for Institute on Aging in San Francisco, California. Cinnamon loves that her career combines her passion of social services and health care as she plays a vital role in end-of-life planning for clients which was her inspiration for joining the Community Advisory Board as a Member. In her spare time she enjoys advocating for mental health patients, watching crime documentaries, doing community service with her Sorority Delta Zeta Delta, songwriting and performing, and spending time with her Husband and children.
